A beautiful bright color and an intense yet subtle bouquet with mild spicy notes opening into an appetizing combination of wild raspberries and flower petals. The attack on the palate is full and fresh. Delicious fruit, fleshy yet delicate, with a return of spice on the finish. A pressed rosé wine where the red grapes are vinified in the same way as the white.

On its own or with a meal, ideal with tapas, summer dishes, Italian, spicy or exotic food.
